View Full Version : The McNugget - 6 months later...
Chicken 04-11-2002, 02:34 AM Well, it has been about 6 months since most of you have seen the McNugget (this Saturday will be 6 months actually), so I thought I'd update everyone on what the little bugger looks like.
This picture used to be on the forum (see attached file):
Chicken 04-11-2002, 02:35 AM And now...
Chicken 04-11-2002, 02:36 AM One more...
Fiber 04-11-2002, 02:44 AM No posting it two more times just to get your post count up.
Though I just love the walls...what kind of paint did you use?

Chicken 04-11-2002, 10:11 AM Steve, are you referring to his 3 inch mohawk? (see attached)
Yes, fun and quite an interesting experience. He's like a little human. Two foot tall terror. Ayyye.

Baby with a mohawk, that's cool.
Well.. half-baby. :o
Chicken 04-11-2002, 06:56 PM Yep, that's me. He should be thankful he gets it from somewhere other than me, heh. :uhh:
iamdave 04-11-2002, 09:09 PM Very cute kid, Chicken, Congradulations!
bitserve 04-11-2002, 09:43 PM That is quite a head of hair. The kid will never go bald. :)
akashik 04-12-2002, 01:35 AM Chicken has the same lucky thing I have - a partner with a far stronger genetic strain. :D
He is a cute little thing though - you must have had you eyes crossed in concentration making him. Just wait till he's up and running though - that's when the fun starts. Our little girl decided to run into a book shelf yesterday so is nursing a strawberrry on her chin at the moment. Hasn't slowed her down much though.
At two and a half her crib is now pointless too. Can scale her way in and out of it with ease - even with the sides pulled up
So where do you buy diapers? I highly recommend Cosco - 132 for $30 :)

We used to get diapers there but as they grow, the box stays the same but there's less in 'em. The wife uses a rather complicated system of double coupons and multiple grocery stores, which I've yet to figure out. If you reversed the theories behind her system, I do know that it makes a '69 VW bug.
Mxhub 04-12-2002, 09:31 PM The baby is so cute! I like him alot. :P hee. He gonna be a handsome guy when he grew up.

It's impressive isn't it. Shelly pulls coupons out of all sorts of places when we go shopping together. I'm quite sure she has one for close to every product known to humankind. Not that I'm complaining of course. I'm amazed on how much those deals, coupons and Safeway cards can save a person.

SmartPenguin 04-13-2002, 02:25 AM Haha, tell him I like his mohawk :).. All he needs now is a nose ring, err, maybe not for a few more years ;). Congrats!
