Hello everyone,


I am still in the process of setting up my new web hosting environment with ModernBill. I've read about Varilogix's services and wanted to add them to ModernBill.

Problem is that I would like to have a, somehow, customized version of FraudCall: when a call is detected to be from a certain country, another group of prerecorded messages is being used instead of the default one. Actually, what I want to achieve is to have a translated version of FraudCall but to be also able to use the default (english) one in case I have a customer from country different than mine.
Is this possible?

I believe I will have customers from my country that doesn't speak english, but would like to check them with FraudCall.

I have tried several times in the past two weeks to contact Varilogix's support department but they are just not answering my questions. I've sent several tickets, several emails and left several voice messages and still no response... Are they still in the business?

If this is not possible, do you know of any similar service that would allow this and can work together with ModernBill?

That is not possible, maybe in the near future FraudCall might integrate something of this sort but at this moment you cannot make calls in different languages for different countries as far as I know.
