Yes

you can use BIND or some other variants, i have heared DJBDNS is good, you can find out more about it from here:

also if you are running Windows Microsoft make a very simple DNS server, nice and easy to administer.

I run tinydns (djbdns) its very nice, and stable. Try it out.
