Im having a problem with domainsite which is: i was buying a domain yesterday at domainsite along with whois protection for the domain which came to $12.98 so i had to sign up to buy the new domain with domainsite. I went to pay with paypal and everything went fine unilt i got back to domainsite and they said there was a problem with the registering of the domain and i was refunded the amount for the domain. But the thing is i still have the whois for the domain on the account. Can i get a refund? Also one other problem is that i forgot to save the password for the account and the only way to get back the password is to enter a domain associated with the account and it will be sent to the email on file. Since the domain failed to register i can get my password back and imn out $5 for the whois protection which i cant use!

Ive emailed there support with no response yet but it hasnt even been 24 hours so ill give them a bit longer.

Will i be able to get my money back from domainsite for the whois?

Oh yes! They kindly refunded me the $4.99. Didnt take that long either! Obviously they like me.
