I'm setting up a product that I need to bill for 12 months, same price each month.

I looked into PayPal first since that's free to set up, but the problem is that for recurring transactions they force you to use a paypal account.

I suppose that 2co is an option - anyone know of anything else out there? where I can easily set up some recurring transactions for a set period of time?

No one really can help you unless they know what country you are in / volume, etc. Plus keep in mind that a lot of processors frown on yearly subscriptions as well.

Annual subscriptions are definitely a lot riskier than monthly or quarterly from a processor's point of view.

Will 100% of your sales be annual? Or just a portion? This can sometimes make a big difference in that if you are doing a mix of sales but have a healthy portion that is monthly/quarterly, that does make it a little more appealing to a processor vs. a completely annual billing model.
