Due to the vast amount of requests, I have decided to post some more information.

The support technican needs to be familar with Windows 2000 in terms of: changing permissions, adding front page extensions, dns changes, giving customers paths to file names, resetting passwords, looking up usernames and passwords, explaining how to utilize shared ssl, and things like this (very basic things).
