Adakist is going to provide free cPanel web hosting. Because it will be free webhosting, we will not have much of a budget to pay for staff members. Instead, we are looking for volunteers who enjoy giving technical, sales, and/or general support.

Because our website is not yet open (although we hope to release in the next week), we have no idea of what the demand for support will be.

We imagine that most of the support tickets will be for problems reguarding cPanel, and questions about what we offer. If you are intrested, you can provide help via support tickets and/or live help - its up to you. If you are not experienced in some areas such as technical support, you can always help with our sales support and general support.

We understand this is not for everyone, so if you are not intrested, please do not post.

Free webhosting with Sales Support?

I was just thinking it could be a department where users could ask such things as "Is FTP allowed?" or "What features in cPanel do you have?", etc...

Nothing is set in stone, so we can always change :)

Is it Post to host?

No, users will be required to fill out a form to request hosting. The form will have options such as subdomain/domain, password, email address, what type of site they plan to host, etc. We will also place a few text ads on the free accounts in order to cover our server costs.

Will any revenue be generated such as with ads, etc.?

At this point, we are unsure. Right now we are just hoping the ad revenue will be enough to cover the server costs :)

There script is being finished up now :). All Free signups will be automated :).

Yes, all signups will be automatic, but they will be moderated first to prevent abuse and spam.
