My name is Patrick Horsfield. I run www.serialaddiction.net, a computer hardware review site.

I am looking to get a backend programmed in PHP & mySQL for the site. the backend would have to preform duties such as:

-updating the news on the front page
-uploading/correctly linking reviews (database stuff?)
-allowing messaging between users on the backend (almost like a mini e-mail thing)
-allow multiple users to be created/deleated and given diferent rights

etc...
