I just signed up with 2co and I see that there is a feature in 2co which allow the vendor to blacklist the countries that they dont wish to accept credit card from.

Any one knows which countries has the higher fraud score list? I know Vietname is part of one if I am not mistaken ;)

4 years, 100% fraud rate. Can't argue with that.

Indonezia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Romania, Singapore, Sudan, Uganda (unfortunately I have closed the page before I copied the link and then I didn't remember the words I used to go back to it)

I don't really like the fact that some honest people can't buy or do some other activities on-line because they live in such a country, but I guess that is life, not always 100% fair... I understand you though. By the way, I live in Romania. :)

Singapore??

Singapore population is only 3 millions +, if Singapore is listed on fraud countries list, then Singaporean should regret on this.

Nigeria

Just do a search with the string "419 scam" in google it will list a lot of pages.

Vietnam, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Nigeria and Romania should be kept in higher fraud score list.

The problem is that those criminals are much clever they can hijack computers from other countries, or even mask the Internet address to hide the identity of their countries. :(
