Hey just curious who designed your site puggy? It looks great! :) I'm looking for design services for my new site (non-hosting).
Blackman 04-11-2002, 05:37 AM I posted a question, guess which one it is! :)
(SH)Saeed 04-11-2002, 05:59 AM Chris,
I don't know if you're aware of this or not, but I tried your custom plan calculator and I entered the features you have on your biggest package and this is what I got..
A plan with the following features:
- 500 Megabytes of Storage Space
- 20 GB of Monthly Transfer
- 1 FTP Account(s)
- 50 POP3 Account(s)
- CGI Access
- ASP Extensions
- Front Page Extensions
- Shell (SSH) Access
TOTAL COST: $177.25 / Month
Now the same plan costs $19.95/mo on your website.
fishface 04-11-2002, 07:10 AM Is this custom plan calculator your own script, or are there scripts out there that do this ?
puggy106 04-11-2002, 08:15 AM The script cost me $15
puggy106 04-11-2002, 08:52 AM I have recived loads of e-mails asking me about this script.
If you would like it, please contact Bravocomm, he uses this forum and is very good. He had the scripts setup within an hour as payment.

There are currently only test values in the Custom plan calculator. When Chris changes them I'm sure the price will get more realistic. :)
puggy106 04-11-2002, 09:37 AM Thanks Andrew! I'll contact you tonight and we can sprt it out!
Thanks again
Chris
Bravocomm, are you the one with the calculator script?
If so, how much do you charge for it? I've been looking for something like it . I've tried various shopping carts with options, but I havent seen anything I like yet.

Well, I'm the only one that I know of but that's not to say someone else couldn't write one. :)
I'd appreciate it if everyone could e-mail me privately about the scripts so as not to keep bumping this thread (Thank you to those who have).
I also have an affiliate program script for those of you using third party billing processors (2checkout, revecomm etc.)
Thanks.
Website Rob 04-11-2002, 06:54 PM There is a free JS shopping cart available here (http://potentproducts.com/resources/tools/jsShoppingCart.html) that you might want to check out. Don't recommend it for online purchases, but for mulitplying AxB=C for "X" number of different products/services, and giving a Grand Total, it works great.
