I am considering http://pxtek.com

Are there any existing customers here that can tell me how long they take to reply to support requests? I notice that at the moment, all their Live Support team are offline.

Do the servers run properly? Uptime/dowtime?

Is everything always up to date? ie: Latest PHP, WHP, cPanel versions, patches etc?

Is there anything else you can t ell me about this company? I don't want any hassles.

Sales Response time between 1 ~ 2 hours
Tech Support Response time about hmm 1 hour avg ( sometimes its fast sometimes its a little over an hour )

the only downtime i experience so far is when they told me there was a ddos attack on the sago datacenter, im not sure what the newest cpanel version is but i think i have 10. something..

they've been great so far and i dont plan on leaving... so idk what i can tell u more about, o yea the owner is awesome :D
