I'm going to say hostcentric if any at all. They offer dedicated servers as were bizland dosent seem to. ( didnt really look over the site just used the link )

This much I know:

HostCentric was owned by Interland, which I'm pretty sure owns Bizland, until earlier this year, when HostCentric was bought by Caird.
