Being a domain of a company, isn't there trademark issues here, as they could take the domain off you because it's there trademarked name?

Thats something I would also worry about when purchasing this domain. Its truly a great domain... but does definately come with potential issues.

ya me too. i remember i owned a domain like that before i had to let it go just for the domain price. couldnt sell it at a high ball.

I am not 100% sure regarding the trademark issues but I believe I remember reading something before about 2 & 3 char domains being difficult to dispute as the characters could stand for any number of things. As long as you are not infringing on the company in question there should not be a problem.

If anyone has any further knowledge about this I would be glad to hear your opinion. I can say that for the year I have owned this domain I have not had any trademark issues.
