For the second time now I've moved to a host that is great at first, but that quickly declines. My sites at Webexpose.net (Also known as cosmotek) go down about once a week now and I get no solid responses back. ("We'll try to see that it doesn't happen again.") When the sites go offline, the control panel (and today even the support page!!!) go offline too, leaving me with little recourse.

So...I'm in the market for a new ColdFusion site, preferably one with 24 hour support! I am willing to pay a little extra than I have in the past for the peace of mind of being able to pick up a phone and talk to the person I send money to every month! I would prefer an unmetered site as well as our bandwidth fluctuates, but that is negotiable. Does anyone have any good recommendations?

Aside from that,
you should also include
1. How much space (MB) you need.
2. How much bandwidth (GB) you need.
3. Any other addtional features besides ColdFusion?
4. What control panel would you like to see?
5. (if you will) which NOC you want?

Finally, you should also state that how much you are willing to spend.

Indeed - my rant on my hosts got a bit carried away and turned into a request :) I'll be happy to move it over there.
