Thanks for the info. It will be interesting to see how much support they place there.

The idea of that forum is not to replace support, but to allow our customers (and potential customers) a chance to interact and help each other with specific tricks & tweaks they have used to help them use our services.

I just wish they would add the pay by check option.

As a matter of fact, we have made some inroads with this option(I know I reported otherwise in the 2checkout forum earlier this week).
Bear in mind fraud will be the Seller liability. We'll tell you when the check "clears" the bank. If you provide services prior to that, you will not have much chance of recovering from the customer, and no chance of recovering from us.
I still can't give you a "launch date" for this addition(sorry, I can't call it a "feature").

As Tom states, the forum is definitely not out there to replace our regular email support channels. We hope to add a ticket system sometime in the near future, however.
Additionally, should users feel an absolute need to post specific problems regarding account or sales, please note that it is very helpful to include your Seller ID # in either your profile info, signature or message text.
It'll be a long, long time before you get a response regarding a payment to "forumaddict" or "netchicken."
Call it three cents ...
