has any one notice the 2co support system (helpdesk) going all nuts !

yesterday i send an email to them farud@2co.com that get updated to there helpdesk, the funny thing is i got a reply with some one elses ticket info :)

also why do they take more then 7days to say its a fraud or not ?

as i know with the new system (new farud system) they put the order as "Hold" etc, but form where do you see that order is on old or not or whether its been investigated for farud ?

u just get an out of the blue email saying the order was canceled right ?

or am i the only one with this prb ?

your input would really help.
