We do not have a website currently but have the menu/pages planned and most of the content ready for one.

Yes, a basic idea. The actual design is where help is needed so there is an opportunity for some "artistic freedom". :)

We have a programmer in-house working on the database scripting, so a basic design template would suffice with no extras needed. It would be preferred to have a template that was already sliced for HTML. The logo should be printable on a white background.

We can negotiate further to include additional products or monetary compensation in exchange for more web design services.

I have not taken the job, nor have they offered. I am just looking to gain information. A person can not do a job well, if they have only been given partial information.

I am just looking to find out what needs they have, and how to best serve them.

I would do this with any perspective client, and I would hope they would expect it.

The job for the Incorporation services/design has been assigned to another designer met through WHT. I appreciate the response from everyone who contacted me. We constantly have clients with new businesses that need web design, so I will be in touch. :)
