kentcounty 09-07-2005, 06:12 PM As the 2CO support seems to have dissapeared, I was hoping I get better luck on here. Oh and please no `2CO sucks` etc etc!!
I finally made my first sale through 2CO, but as it`s my first and I`m not entirely used to the gateway, I`m a bit confused!!
The sale has been approved according the the `find a sales` link on the left side of the admin area.
This is where I get confused. As this sale is approved, shouldn`t this be reflected in my account balance in the payments area? Right now it says zero on everything, including the `Current Account Balance.`
Am I missing something here? Does it take a few days for an approved sale, to be added to my balance?

For it to appear in your PaymentPage it has to have status "DEPOSITED".
kentcounty 09-08-2005, 10:00 AM Oh ok, and that is generally on the 1st and 16th of each month? So say a sale is completed and approved on the 3rd, it would be deposited on the 16th, or a few days after. Once deposited/wired to a bank account, this is when it would reflect on the current total balance of my 2CO account?
I asked these questions to 2CO a few days ago, but haven`t got a response!

No due to 2checkout.com's new update, they have a new fraud detecting system. So mainly the sale is sent to deposit in 2 days after it has been established ! So if you had sale on the 3'rd, it will be deposited on the 5'th, but will be seen on your Payment Page only after you recieve an e-mail with their Fraud Review. But the money will be sent on the 16'th or 1'st of each month.

Yeah, I got the fraud screening email this morning saying the sale has been passed. Nothing has appeared in my current total balance, it still remains zero. The sale was made nearly four days ago, was approved almost immediately, and today passed the fraud screen.
Just wait a few days, dont worry it will be counted, when you will have the payment date.

I heard back from 2CO finally, after four days. They explained everything.

i am having the same prob as urs.. last time they used to take 2 to 3 days to update my account balance but now it has been week but they still haven't updated my balance even all transcation has passed the fraud test.
can you please let me know why is this so ? will it affect the amount that i gonna receive in 1st and 15th every month ?
i only have this issue after they upgraded their fraud detection system.
please advise,.
kentcounty 09-13-2005, 09:21 PM My balance was finally updated this evening, a whole nine days after the sale was completed.
I`m not sure why it took (takes) so long. I sent a ticket to 2CO and never got a reply:confused:
