I am trying to pay to theplanet using my card but its declined. I talked to them they said they need to verify the 3 digits also but bank did not respond, I talked to bank and they said in this reagion its not verify the 3 digits of card as this region is under developement.

How do you guys pay to theplanet and is card issue from your country? I seen many of peuple from Middle East, Asia has service with the planet?

I am from Indea and my card is issue from same country I live.

i think they are talking about the last 3 digit at the back of your card. the CVS code.

Yes you are right but the bank in our reagion are under develop to make the verificaiton ot CVS number at this time. Only Card Number and expiry date can be verify at this time.

Yes I contact them and they said their billing system needs CVS varification code and our bank did not respond on CVS varificaiton as I already mentioned above that here banks to not have such system to verify the CVS for incoming verificaiton.

I use a Visa and American Express issued in India and both have CVS codes. Never had an issue validating the CVS code anywhere in India or in the US. Infact if you buy anything from an online store here in India (or movie tickets from PVR ;) ), they require you to enter your CVS code.. Never had an issue.

Almost all major banks in India will provide CVS verification. We have lots of customers from India that pay with credit card and enter CVS codes which get verified.

This must be some very small or regionalised back
