I want to run a banner-exchange site. What I am looking for is an inexpensive piece of software (less than $200), that uses MySQL as the backend database on a Linux platform. My choices are basically a PHP or Perl script.

Do you guys know of any such scripts? I have looked at PHPAdsNew, but it doesn't exactly do banner-exchange.
