client gets mad cause they cant upload their files using file manager or least they cant see them

first it was the file manager was broken, then it was due to lack of phone support, etc

we moved his files into the pub dir and explained to him where to publish too- of course reading the ad nauseum setup wouldnt have hurt him..

any way we moved his files, sent him a support reply

was the word thanks in his reply?

how about some credit he asks

seems his mission critical site for 895/m was past due today by about 45 min

woopsie

i luv hosting...:bawling:

I'm not sure I could reasonably answer that, without sounding not so nice. I think I'd have to listen to a few songs I really enjoy, have a cup of coffee, then try to nicely explain that there won't be any 'credit' issued. Sheeeesh

Send him to mastercard.com, to fill out an application. Tell him you would be happy to accept MC.

I'd say, "You're right. You deserve all the credit for causing this problem." :)
