I would rather not just have a list of companies that offer outsourced support. I have seen a lot of names, but I would like to know who provide the best support. I would only like u.s. based companies becasue I don't want my customers have to deal with broken english. What companies have you used and how did it turn out. Or alteast what companies have you talked to people who have used that are good?

I have noticed everyone points people towards www.touchsupport.com who are based in the US. No personal experience though.
