Hello All,

I am very much upset, I've had a domain name from many years, few days ago when I was checking my routine emails, I've notice that I cant even received my emails so I've check my server,to make sure my email settings are fine. But after I did a domain whois and notice that I dont even owned MY own domain name.

I've a proof that domain name was registered with Registerfly.com, and guess what. When I check my domain name in my Register fly CP it was there yesterday and it also says it will expire next year but the who is INFO was showing something different, that domain is owned by some one else.

So I've contacted Registerfly.com RAPID RESPONSE BULL SH*** and guess what they said that domain was never registered with them, before I was able to see that domain name in my Register fly account but after contacting there rapid response team it seems like that domain is no longer in my Register fly Control Panel.

But I've all the Transaction ID, My account Screen Shot and a print out of my account.

Register fly people are declining that domain was never registered with them. This is so wrong that was my company domain name which is slinens.com and I don’t even own it anymore, is there anyway I can file a law suit or is there any agencies which can help me in getting that domain name. I very upset. I need some good advice and help, please help ME - PLEASE

You may try contacting Tina Dam or Tim Cole.

Tina Dam is very helpful person, she helped me to transfer from a registrar that keep denying to transfer out to my new registrar. Try contact her for further information if there is anything you can do.

Good luck and best wishes.

May i ask if you did any renewals before the domain goes expired? or perhaps auto-renewal?

Yes, I also do renewal plus I've a screen shot where it says when, and my Transaction ID of that domain renewal.

This is serious. Better PM "regfly" here.

But your account here's disabled?

Obviously you let the domain expire. It was registered by someone else LAST MONTH on August 9th. See http://www.whois.sc/slinens.com .

Perhaps you had an old email address in the whois contact records and failed to get the renewal emails (your responsibility). RegisterFly is notorious for keeping old domains that have expired or been transferred away in your control panel. That means nothing. What matters is who the registered owner is at the registry (Verisign).

I'm sorry to be somewhat blunt with you, but, during my divorce, I became distracted and I lost lots of domains to poor domain management, too. Now I don't do that anymore... especially since BuyDomains and UltimateSearch got 90% of my really good ones. Live and learn and move forward.
