R-fx Networks is a solutions provider -- an idea company -- which focuses around Internet Security & Managed Internet Asset solutions. Our serviced clients consist of a broad range of small and medium sized business along with organizations all over the world. Our services include but are not limited too: monitoring, incident response, security hardening, kernel upgrades, data recovery, data integrity, access control and more.

We are looking for 2 Sales representatives to act as front-line customer service and perform sales prospectus tasks; and 2 Level II and Level III server administrator positions; preferably multi-role positions fulfilling both L2 and L3 tasks. We are also taking extra applications to fulfill any positions which may become vacant in the future.

Employee Job benefits:
- Dedicated toll-free extension on our call system with such features as (cardless calling card, voice mail, mailbox greeting, fax, call forwarding, mailbox pin and more), this can be used for both business and leisure
- Mailing address at our Florida address and forwarding of mail and parcels too your home
- Assistance with acquisition of cellular, pda and paging devices to assist in work tasking
- pay grade negotiated on individual basis – base wage no less than 15$ USD/h for sales & csr followed by $18 USD/h for LevelII or LevelIII administrators. First 3 months employment has built in pay escelation; there-after wage increase every 3 months of $0.75-$1.50.
- Built-in pay grade escalation; negotiable structure of pay grade escalation; 8 paid days off every year or 2 per quarter (every 3 months)
- Share % in Canada Quebec corporation (USA and Canada residents only) – share certificate issued after 60 days employment (share %/value determined by performance, share restrictions and trade restrictions apply, shares are tax free trades however may incur filing requirements in your region, shares can not be traded between employees, all employee shares are ‘Class B Preferred’ shares with voting rights)
- Pay days are twice a month; dates to be determined on employment agreement
- Payroll options include pay-pal, and automatic deposit/bank transfers

The Sales/CSR position consists of:
- 1-4 hours a day of work 5 days a week as desired
- maintaining consistent response to telephone extension which is forwarded to your location on your hours and online live support
- assisting in the prospectus of new clients and acquisition of such clients through monitoring online forums and project/job sites; in addition to closing pro-active deals with site-customers
- capable to produce a baseline time sheet of hours once a month
- added advantage would be an understanding of basic linux fundamentals and bit of experience with such projects as APF, BFD and other such popular tools in the hosting nitch
- motivated individual who can work independent or on a team

The LII/LIII Administrator position consists of:
- Strong knowledge of Linux and fundamental trouble shooting
- Strong ability to work as an individual or with peers
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
- Must be capable to provide informed assessments of situations to clients as required or requested
- Experience with CPANEL a must; all other panels are an advantage
- Experience with wide-use server software such as EXIM, BIND, APACHE etc…
- Capable of making telephone calls to discuss issues with fellow staff members and clients (client phone calls are rare) – likewise sometimes an odd call to datacenters to kick their “butt” on down server tickets or similar
- Troubleshooting client issues via our helpdesk/email tracking system or the client help desk
- Monitoring servers and responding to event notifications. (Service Down / Load Alerts etc)
- Performing scheduled or assigned tasks/projects.
- Ability to sign a non-disclosure agreement
- Motivated to put in extra labor to show commitment to the business (not required but all business foster on the hard work of it employees and we would reward it where-noted)

Further details on LII/LIII Administrator position:
You would be tasked with managing administrative related tickets as escalated to you from subordinate staff members (Level I and Level II staff) and assisting them and/or communicating the status of trouble shooting with them and management staff. Many of the people we co-ordinate with day-to-day are the staff members of our client managed companies which we conform to fitting into our clients support structure. This means you will often be revolving between the R-fx Networks helpdesk and our client help desks.

An additional portion of service will be monitoring and incident response; we provide full monitoring to all our assets and you would be required to maintain a baseline response to certain events assigned to you. Let me stress this is not a work-horse job, their will be many other people to co-ordinate with, take time away should it arise for any need, and fellow peers to assist in trouble shooting and communicating.
