I suggest you use MS Excel. Its great for maintaining an oflines database of clients. :) And its free. :)

What I mean to say is that normally every computer with Microsoft Windows comes loaded with the MS Office, which includes - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Access etc. :)

I must be shopping at the wrong place, since I have to pay extra for it at places like Dell Small Business and IBM... anyway, sorry to take this off track.

I do agree that Excel is a great tool for hosts. I use it for certain things, along with the data from QuickBooks and Modernbill for a full accounting, tracking and billing solution.
