DEHE is currently expanding to Europe. We are establishing a facility in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We have started testing the network as of March this year and we haven't had a single moment of downtime at all. The peering is excellent and Amsterdam simply is a great strategic geographical location for connectivity to just about anywhere.

Our European products are not officially released yet, since we currently only have Linux VPS ready in Europe. We will officially launch the European products when Windows is also available.

As you can see these prices are exactly the same as what we charge for our USA-based products, and we intend to keep it like that.

Note that if you are a EU resident there will be a 19% VAT charge, unless if you have a registered VAT number. If you are a resident of the Netherlands there will always be a 19% VAT charge (even if you have a registered VAT number). If you are located outside of the European Union there will be no VAT charge.

Fantastico can be included during the order process and the license costs $2 per month. As for Rvskin, we're not currently offering it.

Backup accounts are available in blocks of 10 GB for $5 per month.

Do you offer any discount for WHT members?

No there is no additional discount unless if you would order multiple VPS's (which would be covered by our reseller discount - contact us for more information about that)

two questions:

Why would i have to pay VAT if i am living in the Netherlands and have a registered company / VAT number?

Secondly, are the ips registrated in the Netherlands, so that Google.nl will see them as dutch ips?

You have to pay VAT (BTW in Dutch) since we are a Dutch company. Every company within the Netherlands has to pay VAT to every other company within the Netherlands.

The IPs are indeed registered in the Netherlands.

Just to add: since you have a registered VAT number within the Netherlands you do have to pay us VAT, however you will get that back from the Tax services "belastingdienst" after every quarter. I'm sure you know how it works :)
