Anyone use NameSecure?

How do you get the authorization code to transfer .info domains. I clicked on Get Authorization Code in the control panel and its sends me to a contact us page.

So I email support and two to three days later they get back to me with a code. I go to transfer it and they tell enom they used the wrong authorization code so they can't transfer it.

Their email support is slow and they don't offer phone support. My names are going to expire and I don't want to keep them at NameSecure because their Control Panel is terrible. Funny how the authorization codes dont work - sounds like fraud to me.

Yep, and I got a message saying to better serve our customers we only offer email support.

Thats a load of crap. The email support is the same canned responses with no help. They keep sending me authorization numbers but when enom tries to transfer, they denies the authorization number. Not to mention it takes them at a minimum two days to respond. They are putting me in a position where I will have to renew with them even though I don't want to.

maybe do an icann complaint that may make them move faster
