hello guy's i was just wondering how to become a mod?

It's a pretty involved process... it can take years to become one with the mods and to understand their behavior and how to truly become, a mod. Plus, there is a test of wills... last I heard, it involved jumper cables, duct tape and a truck battery. It's not pretty.

Sounds like Sirius went through the secret initiation process :)

The basic requirements for being a moderator were posted a couple months ago. You'll need to have been here for at least a year, and it probably helps if you don't violate the rules or get into fights with other members. And WHT has to be actually looking for a mods, too. Which seems to only happen about once a year.

You become a mod by not asking about how to become a mod ;)

On a more serious note, what CTG said is correct. The latest reason for needing some more mods was that there were 31 a while ago, and it had fallen to around 20 so they wanted to add a few more to get things back up to the previous levels :)
