hi there i have looked around now for quite a bit now for a reseller account but all the one i have found sofar you cart setup host for other people onto a sub domain e.g if someone wanna host with me but dont wanna use there own domain they only wanna use a sub domain like whatever.raehost .com. do anyone know of anyone that do this sort of thing.

i understand that you are looking for a resseler acount, all resseler acounts have this option to add unlimited subdomains to a domain set on your account (almost all have unlimited subdomains, some offer you only a number of subdomains wich can be used to an acount) if you look to subdomains number allowed on some hosting sites you will find that

try

resellerzoom.com
site5.com
varhost.com
etc

read other posts here to find a good hosting company, the ones above are very good

Look for hosts that have whm for their resellers (most do). They create individual cpanel accounts.

I think what you are saying is that you want to set up a subdomain as if it were a full domain.

I don't know how this works with other control panels but I know that you can do this with Helm, so I would assume that other CP's can do it. It's a fairly straightforard thing to do.

I am assuming that raehost .com is your domain, and you want to set up clients on a subdomain of your domain?

In h-sphere this is called 3rd level domain, which really is a subdomain, but differentiates itself in nomencalture by referring to a subdomain of a host as "3rd level" vs the "subdomain" of a clients domain.
