Well after being a customer over at surpasshosting.com for a little over a year, all I can say is their service stinks! I'll admit I backed them up against members here (for e.g. Blaze), only to find that it would only be a matter of time before I received a service that they had.
I've been branded a liar by the Surpasshosting staff, after my allegation of them ignoring my request to be moved to a new server was blatantly ignored, and took ~ 3-5 tickets to get done, however I was not notified of the change having taken place, as the ticket said I would've been. Nor were the accounts on that server terminated as they would've been.
But the big question of why did I leave Surpasshosting? At the end of the day when you sign up you're welcomed with open arms and hugged, however as time progress' the forum mods (which were users in the community) thought the mod status gave them a right to act like some higher life form than myself and the others.
Along with the crazy server instability, one second it would be down, the next I wouldn't be able to access it due a tracert failing at the last hop to my server.
However everytime it was my fault, after I confirmed with my ISP that everything was working fine on my end, I was able to access countless other sites within the surpass network on other servers. So why not mine?!

This process went round in circles for months, like a rather tedious game of pong. When eventually I decide to call it quits with surpasshosting, and move to site5.com. Needless to say I'm extremely happy with what I've seen from site5 for the moment (only been there two days, but I will write a review when i hit 3-6 months).

So when I ask for my account to be cancelled and last payment refunded (N.B. I'm now no longer a customer...) I get called a liar. I guess at the end of the day, for Surpass it's about the money and the fools who hand it to them. I was one of them, and I hope you don't make the decision I did. My piece of advice:
Stay AWAY! From Surpasshosting.com! .

The heat of the battle can still be felt throught your words. Look at the bright side: You got out of it alive, and what doesn't kill you, only makes you stonger. :)

Heh yes my apologies if it sounds harsh, it's just I thought I'd post my review straight after their accusation of me being a liar ;). Ah well the pasts in the past, and I can only look forward to the hosting I have with site5 :] .
