View Full Version : Ongoing Linkpoint Issues

Hi All

Ever since the datacenter move, we have suffered problems after problems. After 2-3 months, they have yet to iron out the issues.

In the last 2 months, we have noticed some periodic billings do not get fired and yet have it's next due date moved to next month.

Have anyone else continue to encounter this issues?

I had a few problems, but after speaking with my agent, he helped to get them solved, some pretty fast - others it took a few days. I have been pleased with the service so far and no complaints. They are a very large company and I knew there would be some problems since a lot was being re-created. Since the gateway supports at least five of the largest merchant account providers in the United States, I at least have the security of knowing I am with a provider that is stable

I have been happy with them because at least the gateway has not been attacked and cause downtime like the other gateways. We have only a few clients on their periodic billing feature, but I am not worried about it. I used to work in a large corporation and understand that it takes a few extra days to really get things moving along.

I am actually a little surprised that they would still be having issues 2-3 months after the migration but I am sure that over time the problems will all be ironed out... it is just a matter of time, just like any other complex system.

On a positive note, while there was a rash of gateway attacks earlier this year, it looks like all of the affected gateways have since been effectively hardened and perhaps some of the folks extorting them have moved to other things.
