on 19.95$ seems to be quite fine and allow Over quota
and claining there self No1 Compnay of USA :confused:

Judging by the creation of their domain (Created on: 10-Dec-04) it would seem that they are a young company, so it might not be easy to find feeback on them.

The Googgle Adsense ads that they've added to their home page put me a bit off, but in the end those ads don't have any direct saying on the quality of their service.

i wouldnt recomend them they dont have any more details about their hosting only and order now button double click and the same page opens in a new popup
they even have a link at the bottom which say webhosting directory which has Web hosting companies (3334) listed and obviously topspeed on the top
but they have all their competitiors down below i dont know what is the point

Another idea would be to try a google search for TOPSPEEDWEB reviews :)
