:) Hi all,

I am non-US citizen and live outside USA.
My attorney friend (who is a US citizen) helped me with incorporation in Delaware and business bank account. My question is: if I have clients who pay for our service by sending money to our US bank account, then we wire money here, will we need to pay US government any tax?
My business is service related and based outside US.

Hi,

Since you are incorporated in US you must pay taxes. When you a part of the financial system and your company is a legal entity you can not avoid paying taxes. There is a Delaware State tax and also another one (Federal) you should pay. If you want to be certified to do business in other states... for example NY the you would pay NY state tax as well.

Best Regards

Nirvana, you should consult an accountant in the US, or get your lawyer friend to help. There are tax exemptions for certain corporations owned by non-citizens.
