looks like a reseller, possibly eNom, not a registrar. Can't say I have ever used them.

They are not a registrar company.
They are itsyourdomain.com affiliates.
They have fees for change domains ownership ($35/199$)
How much you pay for enable email forwarding and url forwarding? At least $4 for each.
8.88 + 4 + 4 = $16.88

If you register a domain with orderyourname your real registrar will be itsyourdomain.com and their support it's not good.

Go with a true registrar like stargate.com dotster.com godaddy.com directi.com
