Not really... The bigmailbox service is run entirely on their servers, not yours. The only thing that would use bandwidth is if you use a link to your logo or something else on your site when you configure the bigmailbox setup.

Actually I've never used it on a site of mine other than "playing around". Its been a while, but I'm pretty sure its just a matter of filling in the blanks on their set-up screens to get everything the way you want it.

Theres really no programming involved since they are running everything and you're just providing a link to their site.

Don't forget that you will need to email your web host, and tell them to update the MX records of your domain name. :)
