heh im not bashing your thread its a nice offer, we were thinking bout doing a similar vds however the fact that dedicated servers are for the same price i think it would struggle :)

I think you're over looking the fact that for $99 you can't get a MANAGED dedicated server from RackShack.

Many people can't afford to pay someone to manage their servers for them, they do not know how, or simply don't have time to do it themselves.

Virtual Dedicated Servers aren't even targeted at the same group as those who would go buy a dedidcated server from RackShack. :)
