I just transfered my clientexec installation (files and database) to a new host.
At first I thought I would get the warning page with the serial-authorisation page.
I didn't get that and got the loginpage immediately.

when I try to login it says wrong password/username
when I press forgot password and enter my e-mail its says it doesn't exist.

when I check the database, these settings are present.


I re-upped all the files in binary mode and still nothing.



any suggestions on how I should proceed ?

maybe a fresh install but then I would need to copy all the tables afterwards...
I'd rather update the existing database so that my settings are kept a maximum how they are


(I already edited IP adresses, licence and whm hash manually into phpmyadmin but still nothing)

nevermind problem solved ;)

there were some issues due to converting from a mysql version 4.1.13-standard to MySQL version 4.0.25-standard


mainly with the password encryption fields.
so I reinstalled and then copied all the tables manually except for everything related to the admin so that I could edit it back again ;)
