After you login to your account, put your mouse over "Products" in the top menu. When you do this, the products button will become yellow and a horizontal yellow submenu will show up below the menu buttons. Simply move your mouse to the right and click on "Add Recurring Billing". That is where you add a product/service that requires monthly/yearly payment.
