So I order a package and was all excited. Little did I know that the whores would take my money and run.

After I purchased it, they sent me an e-mail containing my login information. One problem, the login information was faulty. I contact them about it, and got no response.

After six days of constantly mailing them, still no response. all of the pages besides ones that were trying to sell something were down, and there was no number to call.

I'm still fighting to get my money back.

Bottom line is userunfriendly is just what the name says...user unfriendly.

If youre smart youll stay away from this company.

Are you sure they've received your emails? (Got an automatic response from their ticket system?)

Their name is a "joke"

They are very good. I mirror some SQL databases with them. However, recently I think there have been some staff problems. Darin has been working to get it cleaned up

I also have hosting with them, they've been pretty good until recently in which I've been waiting since about the same time as the OP to get a problem fixed. I'm guessing the above is the explanation.

Yes it is and their whole company is based on their name.

well the name of the company seem funny but maybe give them a little more time to get their problem solved.
