How do I get my subdomains set up using CPanel?

I've got a directory called ani-me/, and a subdomain called ani-me.powersugoi.net - how do I get ani-me.powersugoi.net to point to the ani-me/ directory?

I'm using CPanel (4, I think), and I'm hosted with Hosturbo (would that make a difference?).

Also, sometimes I have trouble with my administrative changes going through (eg. creation of email forwards, etc.). Is this normal, or is it just how my host is running its scripts??

Normally, when you create a sub-domain in CPanel it'll create the sub-directory and do the pointing for you.

Sounds like a configuration problem to me - best check with your host.
