I am currently using Help Center Live 2.0.4 and I am having problems with the script displaying me as offline even though I have the monitor window (set as online) and the main HCL window opened. It will show me as online for about 15 - 20 minutes and then will show me as offline. However my session with the main HCL window does not time out or anything like that. I can browse around within HCL after it shows me as offline without having to log back in. I never had this problem with 1.xx. Only after uninstalled HCL 1.xx and did a fresh install of v2 did I start having problems. I used a brand new database and even installed it in a different directory than what v1 was installed in. I have tried searching around for a solution but did not come across anything of use so hopefully somebody here or at the HCL forums will be able to help me. Thanks a lot in advance.
