I am (as of now) operating under a dba/fictious name. However, if and when my company grows, hopefully in a few months down the road I plan on filing for INC. Is this fesiable?

Why not? Incorporate now... Protects you.

Otherwise, you can screw up your personal credit... badly.

Go slowly, don't make too many decisions if you're not protected (incorporated or LLC)... Then incorporate.:)

As for someone sueing what is the usual cause of a lawsuit? Other then not delivering what is offered/promised/advertised and/or loss of data which incurs loss of money to a company that you are hosting?
