Anyone have any idea what this domain might be worth? I'm in talks with an interested party, but neither of us have any idea what value to put on it!

When I recently had a similar situation, I chose $600 figuring it would be talked down to what I wanted, $500. they emailed back offering $500. We'll see if they actually send a check though, heh.
