Have you tried calling them or instant messaging them (if these contact methods are even in place)?

I am moving servers. I've been moving things over since the last (3 day) outage. I just have a lot of stuff to move.

I've tried emailing them and instant messageing them. They dont reply. No phone number.

Backed up the handful of sites that is on one of their servers and cancelled the subscription, Im afraid that they will not get another cent out of me based on their performance and lack of much needed support.

Interestingly enough I had a look at the invoices over the last 5 months and all of the status of these invoices are marked off as unpaid even though it is on an automatic subscription. Probably not their fault but more the billing software that they were using, to me it shows they dont look after their clients...

Anyways Im just glad to have gotten out of there without too much fuss, can't fault their special reseller prices but support is what lets them down big time.
