Well I did not read all of the original post ( http://webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=37220 ), but i skipped through it and got the gist of what happened. Either way whoever did it, it was not-needed and childish

Not taking anyone side, but a major fact has not been discussed or even considered to prove that MCHOST has done this awful crime is the way the internet works, there for I don’t think that an IP address is enough evidence to prove who did it……you will be thinking why not .. cause

An IP address can easily been changed when leaving the destination computer (IP Packets), this method is widely used by hackers and is simple to deploy…..

Since the evidence is not available and as I am not aware of how much SplashHost looked into it you can only assume MCHOST and Kiwi would not do such a thing, I am sure they have more sence as they run a very well organised business :D!
