I tried to renew two domains today and after paying through Paypal I got a message saying they could not process the items in my cart and didn't refund my money. I have contacted support, but have not gotten a reply yet. Has anyone else had this happen before?

I've never heard this happening with DomainSite before.
But it has happened with other registrars, too. Some Registrars, like RegisterFly, have stepped back slightly from the PayPal payment option until they (RegisterFly) can rewrite their payment interface.
DomainSite's support has been pretty good to me. I'm sure they will sort this out for you. Keep us up-to-date on how this gets resolved.

They issued a refund. They do have good support. I just hope I don't have this problem again.

I had a similar problem when trying to renew my .info domains with my creditcard. However, they already advised me on how to resolve, and the bank confirmed me that my card is up and running fine again, so I should be able to process the renewal now straight away. Gonna try tomorrow from a PC where I'm sure it's not infected by spyware (creditcard payment, you know ;))
