Hi, I'm considering signing up with a low cost VPS solution that offers 128 MB of RAM (guaranteed) for some brochure like sites.

They offer CPanel/WHM as an addon option and I'm considering this to ease my workload. Having never used these panels, how much resources do these require? Will they work well in a limited memory environment?

Note that I've tried searching on CPanel and Resources, but mostly got advertising offers and didn't find anything dealing specifically with this question.
