Website Re-design
our original design was created by Affinity's (Valueweb) Web Design wing. the site has most of the text contained in jpgs, which renders them unsearchable and search engine unfriendly. much of the functionality that we need to be successful just isn't there, either, so i have decided to have our website redesigned from the ground up.

we utilize Miva for our shopping cart, so i would need someone who is familiar with Miva and the many, many modules available for it. i would also like to add a CMS (Mambo or something similar) and/or a forum so that my shoppers can discuss, read, and create reviews for the items that they are able to purchase from us.

the one company i was going to work with has been dragging their feet, and i'm not quite sure why. i put down $500 to put them on "retainer", but since then, i have nothing to show for it but 5 weeks of development time down the drain.

can anyone recommend a good web-designer who is familiar with Miva and creating search engine friendly websites? thank you for your assistance.

I am not familiar with Mivo or Nambo, but I can create a web design cheap for you. A coder could probably integrate it into Mivo / Mambo / Forums fairly easily. I will have to see what type of design you are looking for though =). The average price for me creating a design is between $50 and $150.
