BuildYourPlan.com - The idea I had was to put up a database of blueprint type plans for various projects that people can download and build. Can also be used for home plans, custom hosting plans...(basic holding page graphic was done but no time for anything else)

SendToList.com - Was going to put up a Email list website where users can add a mailing list form on there website and SendToList stores the db of emails addresses. Users can then come to SendToList and compile and send emails to everyone on the list...

Both of these domains have very high potential for revenue / traffic...

The statement means it has high potential not that it is currently generating traffic / revenue...
