Hello

Recently after a fair bit of experience in the webhosting industry I thought it would be worth while to try something a little different. So I thought I would work for someone else, a reliable company who requires support.

My expertise areas are WHM/Cpanel technical support and responses and general hosting related support questions. I have knoweledge of maintaining healthy servers and monitoring them. I can setup various accounts/features and edit them according to what im told to do. I can sort out various hosting problems and fix them. Im always updating my knoweledge through running my own WHM account and so im as I like to say, "Ever learning, ever growing". Im also proficient in HTML and Graphics Design.

Id be looking for a job in either a technical support position or a general support. These would be ticket based as I unfortunatley cannot do the phone support. I am online during the afternoons from around 4pm till 10pm GMT+10 (Australia - Brisbane) and I am able to respond/react to support ticket messages as quickly as I can. This can be anywhere from instantly to around 1hr. In most cases, around the 15min - 30min mark. Although I do try my best to continually check for messages, this isnt always possible unfortunatley.

Payment would be negotiable. Im open to all suggestions for payment. Id accept only through paypal or a cut out of a dedicated server as that is what I really require for the time being.
